West Cobar Metals has commenced an initial air-core drilling program of up to 1,000 metres at its 100%-owned Blind Freddie Prospect, located approximately 50 kilometres west of Cobar in central New South Wales.

The drilling campaign is designed to test strong surface copper anomalism within a broader copper-gold geochemical trend extending for more than 2.5 kilometres. The target occupies a structural position immediately west of a gravity high within a pronounced gravity-gradient zone.

West Cobar holds approximately 1,091 square kilometres of tenure across roughly 120 kilometres of strike within the Cobar West Project area.

Activity across the wider district continues to advance, highlighted by Polymetals Resources Ltd having reported underground diamond drilling results at its Endeavor mine within the surrounding district in August 2026, returning 39.00 metres at 676 g/t silver equivalent.
