West Point Gold Corp. has secured 100% ownership of the Black Dyke, Bull 8, and Gold Chain Hill targets by entering into a purchase and sale agreement and a royalty termination and release agreement for US$960,000.

The agreements eliminate a 2% net smelter return royalty on gold and silver production, extinguish future bonus cash payments linked to preliminary economic assessment resource determinations, and accelerate remaining option payments across 107 Bureau of Land Management lode mining claims. These claims comprise the western portion of the Gold Chain Project in Mohave County, Arizona, situated within the Oatman District along the Walker Lane Trend.

“The completion of these Agreements starts the process of simplifying the ownership structure of our landholdings at Gold Chain and eliminates future potential royalty and bonus payments related to these 107 claims. With the recent exploration success that we have had at Black Dyke and at Bull 8, the elimination of these future payments is expected to add long-term value”

— Derek Macpherson, President and CEO

The transaction covers the western sector of the flagship property where recent reverse-circulation drilling has returned notable shallow intercepts, including 36.6 metres at 1.04 g/t gold from surface at Black Dyke in hole GC26-095 and 21.4 metres at 1.01 g/t gold from 71.6 metres depth at Bull 8 in hole GC26-136.

Advancing the property remains West Point Gold's near-term corporate priority. The company plans to resume drilling at the Gold Chain Project in mid-September 2026, with a maiden mineral resource estimate expected to follow in late 2026.
