Winshear Metals Corp. has intersected 8.15 metres grading 0.77% nickel, 1.14% copper, and 0.05% cobalt at the Rodburn Target within its Portsoy Project in NE Scotland. This intercept, from drill hole RBD029, includes a higher-grade sub-interval of 6.0 metres grading 0.98% nickel, 1.51% copper, and 0.06% cobalt.

The result extends high-grade mineralization 100 metres down-dip in the South Zone. The recent 1,235.6-metre diamond drill program, comprising six holes, also targeted the North Zone, where RBD028 intersected two mineralized zones, including 3 metres at 0.98% nickel, 0.14% copper, and 0.045% cobalt.

Downhole electromagnetic (DHEM) surveying conducted in the South Zone has identified a strong, untested conductor located 100 metres east of drill hole RBD030, which itself intersected 4 metres grading 0.29% nickel and 0.18% copper.

Further drilling will be required to continue expanding and defining the extent of mineralization, but the work completed this year has delivered against the key objectives we set for the program.”

The company plans to test the newly identified DHEM conductor during the next phase of drilling. Future programs will also include further step-out holes aimed at expanding the North and South Zones.
