Yandal Resources Limited has received assay results from a diamond core tail at the Arrakis prospect within the Ironstone Well-Barwidgee Gold Project in Western Australia, returning a significant intercept of 24.2m at 1.4g/t gold from 237.8m.

The drill hole, designated 26IWBRC0117D, was completed on the 6,450mN drill line at an approximate vertical depth of 200m. The intercept has an estimated true width of 18m and includes higher-grade sub-intervals of 8.3m at 3.0g/t gold from 240.7m, which further includes 3.0m at 5.4g/t gold from 246.0m.

The new assay data extends the recently defined Domain C approximately 80m down-plunge. The mineralisation remains open at depth, with the cross-section showing an increase in both the width and grade of gold mineralisation as depth increases. Domain C was initially identified following previously reported high-grade intercepts, including 20m at 8.7g/t gold from hole 26IWBRC0120, which featured 6m at 28.3g/t gold and 3m at 52.8g/t gold from 84m. Combined results indicate that Domain C plunges approximately 45 degrees to the southwest.

“This is another encouraging result from our Arrakis program, providing further confirmation of the newly identified domain of broader and higher-grade mineralisation within the Arrakis mineralised system, now designated as Domain C.”

“The results have extended Domain C mineralisation approximately 80m down- plunge, and raise the question of whether similar widths and grades continue further at depth. Future drilling programs will aim to test the extent of Domain C at depth.”

Assay results from the final diamond tail hole at Arrakis, 26IWBRC0116D, are anticipated to be received during September 2026. In addition to ongoing exploration at the project, project operator Yandal Resources staked two new mineral tenement claims near the property between 3 July 2026 and 17 July 2026.
