Yugo Metals Limited has commenced drilling at the Cajnice Project in Bosnia-Herzegovina while advancing its maiden exploration campaign at the 100%-owned Sinjakovo Project.

The initial drilling program at Cajnice encompasses four diamond drillholes totalling approximately 600 metres, targeting the Pisonica and Majdan prospects. The work is designed to test the depth extension of surface outcrops carrying up to 1.9 g/t gold, 220 g/t silver and 13.6% lead within silicified sedimentary layers near felsic intrusives. Any further drilling at Cajnice will depend on results from these initial four holes.

Meanwhile, at the Sinjakovo Project's Erak Prospect, maiden diamond drilling has completed nine holes. Previous assays from this program included 36.1 metres at 2.3 g/t gold from 51.8 metres in drillhole ERDD006, which featured higher-grade intervals of 3 metres at 14.5 g/t gold and 1.9 metres at 16.0 g/t gold.

Yugo has constructed a second drillpad roughly 400 metres east of the first pad along the strike of the mineralisation, positioned near a trenching result of 61 metres at 1.5 g/t gold. The current geological model indicates the mineralisation is continuous between the two drillpads, with additional pads subject to ongoing results.

The exploration activities are being supported by funds raised through a placement in June 2026, which secured A$5.0 million via the issue of 52,083,333 shares at $0.096 per share to accelerate drilling across the company's portfolio.

During a recent board site visit, Executive Director and CEO Petar Tomašević noted: “Our visit to Bosnia-Herzegovina was an important part of the due diligence process, and it was valuable to inspect the Projects in person. We were pleased to see activities progressing strongly and appreciated the opportunity to strengthen our working relationships with the local field team and the stakeholders. Funds from the recent Placements are being deployed carefully, results to date remain encouraging, and progress continues across all Projects.”
