Zeus Resources Advances Diaguili Copper Acquisition Following Site Visit Confirmiing Surface Mineralisation

Zeus Resources Limited has advanced its proposed acquisition of the Diaguili copper-gold project in southern Mauritania, with a due diligence site visit confirming outcropping copper mineralisation along a historical one-kilometre trend.
A company director and technical personnel visited the property, which covers exploration permit 2475B2 in the Guidimaka region. During the ground inspection, the team observed malachite and chrysocolla in outcrop on both low hills that host the previously drilled zone. The surface copper oxides appeared on fracture surfaces and shear-controlled ledges within altered chlorite schist, brecciated jaspilite, and serpentinite. Field personnel also noted widespread magnetite and tremolite-actinolite veinlets across the structural corridor.
The field inspection verified the positions of historical drill collars on the ground and confirmed that surface copper outcrops sit directly above the historically drilled area. The project was previously explored by Gryphon Minerals Limited in 2014, and historical drilling tested shallow oxide and sulphide zones across the prospect.
Zeus entered into a definitive share sale agreement on July 23, 2026, to acquire up to 100% of Sab Metals Mauritania SARL, the holder of permit 2475B2. The transaction carries a total consideration of US$2.0 million, split evenly between US$1.0 million in cash and US$1.0 million in Zeus shares, payable in four tranches across four completions over a 24-month period.
Assay results are currently pending for four rock chip samples collected across the permit area during the site visit. Zeus noted that all mineral identifications made during the inspection remain visual field determinations and have not yet been confirmed by laboratory analysis, petrography, or X-ray diffraction.
