ZincX Resources Corp. has fully subscribed its previously announced non-brokered private placement, securing gross proceeds of $1,820,000 through the issuance of 15,166,667 units at a price of $0.12 per unit.

The financing remains subject to final approval by the TSX Venture Exchange. The placement follows an active period of market interest, during which trading volume reached 582% of the 50-day average.

Proceeds from the financing will support work across the company's mineral properties in British Columbia, which include the 100%-owned Akie property and the Kechika regional project. The Akie property, located within the Kechika trough of the Paleozoic Selwyn basin, hosts the significant Cardiac Creek baritic-zinc-lead-silver sedex deposit within the Middle to Late Devonian Gunsteel formation. ZincX has advanced exploration at the deposit through drilling campaigns since 2005.

In addition to Akie, the company maintains a 100%-owned block of the southern Kechika trough, including the advanced Mount Alcock prospect. The Kechika regional project also encompasses the Pie, Yuen, and Cirque East properties, where ZincX holds a 49% interest alongside partners Teck Resources Ltd. and Korea Zinc Co. Ltd., which hold the remaining 51%. These regional holdings extend northwest from Akie for approximately 85 kilometres, covering the Gunsteel formation shale hosting sedex mineralization in northeastern British Columbia.
