Algo Grande Copper Corp. has upsized its non-brokered private placement to raise gross proceeds of up to $5,000,000, increasing the offering from its original $3,000,000 target announced in August in response to strong investor demand.

The financing now comprises up to 8,333,333 common shares priced at $0.60 per share. Proceeds are earmarked to fund ongoing drilling and exploration across the 100%-owned Adelita Project in Sonora, Mexico, alongside general working capital requirements and additional operating costs.

In connection with the upsized offering, eligible finders may receive a cash commission of 6% alongside common share purchase warrants equal to 6% of the placed shares. Each finder warrant allows the holder to acquire an additional common share at an exercise price of $0.75 for a 24-month period following issuance. All securities issued under the placement carry a four-month statutory hold period from the closing date. The offering remains conditional upon standard regulatory approvals, including acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange.

Funds raised through the equity offering are directed toward an approximately 8,000-metre Phase II diamond drill program spanning a 2.5-kilometre corridor at the Cerro Grande skarn target. Algo Grande expects assay results from initial core samples delivered to the ALS laboratory in Hermosillo to be released in the coming weeks.

The company consolidated its 100% interest in the Adelita property following agreements initiated in August 2025, alongside a TSX Venture Exchange reactivation and corporate name change from Kenadyr Metals Corp. Regional activity in the Arizona-Sonora copper belt continues to draw attention, highlighted by recent exploration developments in the surrounding district where Oroco Resource Corp. reported drill results intersecting 26.48 metres at 1.18% copper equivalent at the Santo Tomás project.
