Royal Road Minerals Limited has completed a non-brokered private placement through the issuance of 5,000,000 ordinary shares at a price of C$0.20 per share, securing gross proceeds of C$1,000,000.

The transaction was carried out on the same terms as a prior financing closed by the company on July 28, 2026. The company proceeded with the additional offering to accommodate an existing institutional shareholder following heightened investor demand. All securities issued under the placement are subject to a statutory hold period of four months and a day from the date of issuance.

Gross proceeds will be used directly to expand drilling programs across Royal Road properties in Colombia, as well as to support general and working capital requirements.

The company's primary focus in the region is the Guintär-Alemán-Margaritas project, an advanced exploration asset where previous operational work has included diamond drilling programs and drone-borne magnetic surveys designed to target porphyry-skarn and polymetallic systems. Royal Road originally acquired the core concessions for the Guintär project from a subsidiary of AngloGold Ashanti in 2019.

Broader activity across the surrounding district includes Orosur Mining Inc. commencing its first-ever drilling campaign at the El Cedro porphyry target within the Anza gold project.
