Twenty Mile Metals Inc. intends to raise up to $2,000,000 through a non-brokered private placement to fund exploration activities and general corporate requirements across its mineral portfolio in British Columbia.

The proposed financing involves the issuance of up to 25,000,000 common shares priced at $0.08 each. Under applicable securities regulations and exchange policies, all common shares issued through the placement will be subject to a hold period of four months and a day from the closing date. The company may also pay finders' fees in connection with the transaction.

Completion of the offering remains conditional on standard regulatory approvals, including final acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange. Twenty Mile intends to allocate the net proceeds toward advancing precious-metals and critical minerals exploration work across its British Columbia projects.

Twenty Mile was established through the spin-out of the Twenty Mile project from J2 Metals Inc. pursuant to a plan of arrangement approved on June 23, 2026. Following the arrangement, the company's common shares commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol MILE on June 24, 2026.

Exploration activity continues across the broader regional district, where American Eagle Gold Corp. intersected 411 metres grading 0.43% copper equivalent at the NAK project in August 2026.
